Before you can invest, every investor completes a short verification journey. Each step is reviewed by our team to keep the platform compliant.

    Create your account and our team reviews and approves your registration.

    Accreditation Verification

    Confirm your accredited investor status by submitting the required documentation.

    KYC Identity Check

    Verify your identity with a government-issued ID as part of our Know Your Customer process.

    Tax Forms

    Complete the applicable tax form — W-9 for US investors or W-8BEN for non-US investors.

    Subscription Agreement

    When you make an investment, you sign a subscription agreement for that specific offering.
